Grant Application Procedure:

After reviewing the “Grant Qualifications and Guidelines”, the applicant should call the Foundation’s office to discuss the proposal.  Deadlines for submission of grant proposals for 2008 are February 15, June 16 and October 15.  The Grants Committee reviews proposals and recommendations are made to the Board of Directors for approval.  Staff and/or Grants Committee members may visit the applicant organization as part of the review process.

Grant proposals for programs or projects should include the following, if applicable:

1. Title page

2. Proposal narrative

3. Financial information

4. Organizational information

*If the organization has previously applied to the Foundation for a grant, it is not necessary to resubmit this information unless a fundamental change has occurred within the document(s).

The completed proposal and supporting materials may be mailed or delivered to the Foundation Office.
