The Wells County Leadership Academy is a joint effort of The Wells County Foundation, Inc., the United Way of Wells County and the Wells County Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development. 

The mission of the Academy is to develop, cultivate and enhance leadership skills for individuals in Wells County.  Anyone wishing to improve their leadership skills, develop stronger communication skills, and focus on creating a network of peer-mentor-business relationships is a candidate for the Academy!  The curriculum has been prepared in collaboration with Dr. Tim Elmore through Huntington University Center for Leadership Studies.  Local facilitators have been trained by Dr. Elmore and will lead participants through a series of eight sessions focusing on a wide-range of leadership developing of topics.
