Needs Assessment Grants Available - Apply Now!
The Wells County Foundation is now accepting applications for Needs Assessment Grants. These grants support projects that directly address one of the four critical areas identified in the countywide needs assessment:​

childcare and early childhood education, housing, workforce development, and substance use disorder.

​If your organization is working to meet one of these pressing community needs, we encourage you to apply.
