What is a community foundation?
The Wells County Foundation, Inc. is a tax exempt not for profit public charity created by and for the people of Wells County.

Individuals, families, businesses and organizations create permanent charitable funds which help meet the challenges of living in changing times. The foundation invests and administers these funds, distributes income, and provides a gateway for donors to improve the lives of current residents and future generations of Wells County.
